If you are wishing to book a room with us, please make an initial enquiry via our
contact form with as much information as possible.
Knowing your arrival and departure dates will assist us to make sure that your room is available and ready in time for your arrival. Any special requirements, such as diet and allergies would be very helpful in advance so that we can offer you a service that is tailored to your needs.
To complete your booking & secure your room, we require your credit/debit card details, and ask that you send us these details via our 'Secure Payment Area' by clicking the secure payment link, available on this page and other pages throughout the Wyndham Park Lodge site. We would also appreciate an estimated time of arrival if this is available, so that we know what time to expect you on your arrival day.
Please be aware that we do
NOT debit your credit card before your arrival unless there is a late cancellation.
Cancellation policy - We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking and you pay for your stay, in full, while you are here. We only debit your card if notice is not given or you fail to turn up. In this instance we debit a total of one nights accommodation.
